Specialties & Focus Areas
I have been working in the field of Mental Health since 2013. I have experience providing a wide-range of modalities in therapy, including DBT, IFS, and many others. I enjoy working through a holistic lens and supporting individuals with understanding the connection between their mind, body, and spirit when working toward their goals. Conversations might include anything from fitness to trauma to Jesus to Buddha to your spouse, kids, and mom!
In addition to therapy, I provide LADC evaluations for any number of court-ordered reasons, including IDCMP, post-DUI, or family court.
Outside of treatment, I provide clinical supervision and wellness consultations to those inside and outside of Through Liberty Counseling. I have worked with public, private, and non-profit agencies in advancing the skills of their staff members.

Counseling Approach
My counseling approach is individualized to the person in front of me. I have a number of approaches, however, I strongly lean into the research that the best outcomes come from a strong therapeutic relationship. I bring in polyvagal, mind-body, and attachment points of view wherever I go.
Experience & Background
I opened Through Liberty Counseling in October of 2022. Prior to this, I worked in various settings, including community mental health, re-entry for court-ordered and justice-involved people, and within community-based settings.
In 2022, I won the President's Circle Award from The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.
I have served on the board for many local non-profits and youth sports leagues. You may also recognize me from coaching in those same leagues around Manchester and Bedford, NH
Personal Bio
I am a lifelong native of the Manchester/Bedford area! I currently live right on the border of the two towns with my wife & 3 sons. I continue to be active in youth and Adult sports leagues and highly value health & wellness for myself and family. I am an active member in my faith community, the wellness community, and the mental health and substance use provider community!
