At Through Liberty Counseling, we know that being required to complete an Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP) can feel overwhelming. Many programs are built only for compliance — checking boxes, paying fees, and moving on. We believe there’s a better way.

Our approach is holistic and wellness-focused, recognizing that a DUI or DWI does not define you as a person. We see you as more than a case number, and our goal is to help you not only meet state requirements, but also move forward with greater stability and clarity. While our program is state-approved and fully compliant with New Hampshire IDCMP regulations, we are not an arm of the court. Instead, we are a resource and guide to help you navigate the process — from evaluation, education, and case management through to completion.
