Through Liberty is a state-approved Impaired Driver Care Management Program in New Hampshire. We provide screening, evaluations, service planning, case management, and IDEP education, with counseling available when it’s part of your plan.

Screening
This is Step 1.
Screening determines your next steps in the program.
Cost: $0
How to set it up:

Intake
This is Step 2.
At intake, we gather the documents and information needed to begin.
Cost: $100

Scheduled following your screening
Evaluation
This is often Step 3.
We complete your evaluation and use the results to develop your service plan.
Cost: $275
How to set it up:
We’ll schedule your evaluation as part of your previous contacts
20-Hour IDEP Course
Participants will complete the 20-hour Impaired Driver Education Program
Cost: $400; Hardship Discount available
How to set it up:
We’ll support you with enrollment during intake.
IDSP Counseling
If your service plan calls for counseling, it is provided as part of your IDCMP services.
Cost: Varies
How to set it up:
Following evaluation, a provider will review recommendations and options as part of your service plan.
Case Management
Your case manager works with you throughout the program, tracks your requirements, and reviews what remains before completion.
Cost: $20/ week or $80/Month
