At Through Liberty Counseling in Bedford, NH, we’re committed to providing accessible, holistic care that meets the needs of our community. Our team of great providers integrates evidence-based therapy with a mind-body-spirit approach. We are preparing to launch several upcoming group therapy programs — including a virtual DBT Skills Group, a holistic Somatic Trauma Therapy Group, and a licensed Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP) IDEP group for those regaining their license after a DUI.
