Services We Offer
In our practice, we tend to take a proactive, holistic approach to mental health and wellness. Here are some of the services we offer:
Individual Counseling
Perhaps the service most people would expect to find at a mental health practice, we have six clinicians who provide individual counseling. Our providers have a wide range of specialties that include anxiety, depression, and d other common mental health symptoms, all the way to faith/spiritual approaches, substance use, first responders, veterans, mind-body & polyvagal approaches, and grief.
Ear Acupuncture
Ear Acupuncture is an up-and-coming holistic service in the behaioral health field. There is research showing the benefits for stress management, a variety of symptoms, substance use, and overall emotion regulation. This service can be done individually or in a group setting.
Group Counseling
We have had a few different group options over the years, including DBT skills, Mindfulness programs, and creative expression therapy.
At this time, we have our Creative Expression group beginning for teens on 3/24 in a virtual format.

LADC Evaluations & Services
At this time, we have 4 providers able to provide services for Substance Use disorders that may be voluntary, court-ordered, or for any number of reasons. More information on this service can be found by clicking here
Outside Services
Our office works with individuals who are 13+, which unfortunately excludes all children attending St. Peter's. So, while we are happy to work with siblings, parents, and anybody else who is interested, we would like to offer a number of names and practices to those who work with the younger population.
